As a Site Moderator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, tackling everything from scam detection to content approval. It’s a busy role, but you’ll be part of a fun, energetic team known for their excellent service and collaborative spirit.
What You’ll Do:
- Investigate and take action on suspicious adverts to protect our users.
- Provide expert advice on scam detection to other departments and directly to our customers.
- Follow processes to prevent fraudulent activity and enhance site security.
- Keep accurate records and analyse data to support future investigations.
- Ensure all advert content, including photos and videos, complies with our website’s terms and conditions.
- Communicate directly with site users via email and phone to resolve enquiries and concerns.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Someone with a strong customer focus who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in online platforms, particularly with a focus on fraud detection or risk management, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and a knack for resolving complaints calmly and empathetically.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential - you’ll need to spot the smallest red flags!
- A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques.
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively, and maintain a calm demeanour in challenging situations.
