We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and friendly Housekeeper to join our busy hotel team.
Our Housekeepers play a really important role in ensuring our guests have a clean, comfortable and welcoming stay. You’ll take pride in maintaining high standards throughout our bedrooms and public areas, helping to create the fresh, inviting environment our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms to a high standard.
- Changing bed linen, towels and replenishing guest amenities.
- Cleaning and maintaining bathrooms and bedrooms.
- Vacuuming, dusting, mopping and general cleaning of guest areas.
- Cleaning public areas of the hotel when required.
- Ensuring bedrooms are presented neatly and ready for arriving guests.
- Reporting any maintenance issues, damage or missing items to management.
- Following hotel cleaning procedures and health & safety guidelines.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked housekeeping area.
- Working as part of the wider hotel team to ensure guests receive an excellent experience.
- Carrying out any other reasonable housekeeping duties as required.
