We are looking for a talented Contracts Manager with expertise in construction commercial build and civil engineering to lead our project delivery. You will manage contracts across a variety of commercial and civil projects, ensuring seamless execution and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage contracts for commercial build and civil engineering projects.
- Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and scope control.
- Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success.
- Oversee contract performance, manage risk, and resolve any disputes.
- Ensure full compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience as a Contracts Manager in commercial build and civil engineering.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to start immediately.
Pay: £60,000.00 per year
