We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Associate Dentist to join our growing team at Dental Implant Centre Perth.
Our practice has a mixed patient base, including NHS patients alongside private general and restorative dentistry. However, a significant part of the practice is focused on patients attending specifically for dental implant treatment under the Dental Implant Centre brand.
This creates an excellent opportunity for an associate who enjoys general and restorative dentistry but has a genuine ambition to develop their career in implant dentistry.
A pathway into implant dentistry.
We are not looking for an established implant surgeon. We already have an experienced implant surgeon working within the practice who undertakes the surgical component of our implant cases.
Instead, we are looking for a dentist who can initially provide a combination of general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, while becoming increasingly involved in the restorative aspects of our implant cases.
For the right clinician, there is then the opportunity to progressively develop their knowledge and practical skills in implant dentistry, with exposure to implant patients and support from clinicians already working within this field.
We are looking for somebody who wants to grow with the practice, rather than simply fill an associate position.
The practice:
Dental Implant Centre Perth is a modern, digitally equipped practice with:
- CBCT available on site
- Intraoral scanners
- Digital radiography
- Established digital restorative and implant workflows
- An existing implant surgeon within the practice
- A significant flow of patients attending specifically for implant treatment
- Opportunities to become involved in implant restorative cases and develop further implant skills.
Who would suit this position?
This opportunity would particularly suit a dentist who is confident providing general dentistry but has a strong interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry and wants to take the next step clinically.
Previous implant experience is not essential.
We are more interested in finding someone who is motivated, reliable, clinically ambitious and committed to developing with the practice over the longer term.
Working pattern
9:00am–5:00pm, up to five days per week.
A full-time or substantial commitment would be welcomed, although part-time will absolutely be considered for the right candidate.
