About us
Macvere Land Rights is a specialist legal management practice supporting organisations across the utility sector through the connections process.
The role
The Land Rights Officer will be primarily responsible for the preparation of legal plans, which are a core deliverable across our various services, and will support the wider land rights workstream as required. Day-to-day, this includes:

* Verifying plans against title documents, highway plans, and other supporting evidence
* Supporting the wider workstream including title research, document preparation, and client liaison
* Contributing to the development of our templates, processes and quality systems
About you
We are open to a range of backgrounds. You might come from a paralegal or conveyancing role, a CAD or plan-drafting position, HM Land Registry, land surveying, utilities, or any role that has given you confidence working with property plans and legal documents.
What matters most is:
* Genuine attention to detail
* Strong written communication
* Confidence interpreting Land Registry title plans, register entries, and basic property documents
* A collaborative approach
* A willingness to learn and develop your expertise
Familiarity with Land Insight, Promap, or similar plan-drafting tools would be useful but is not essential. We use AutoCAD for some work but training will be provided where needed.
What we offer
* Competitive salary, reviewed annually
* Fully remote or hybrid working
* Genuine career development with scope to grow into a senior position
* A collaborative team culture
