Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Provide excellent customer service and engage in friendly conversation with patrons
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and restock supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of various types of alcoholic beverages and their recipes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize orders in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Time management skills to ensure efficient service to customers
