Overview
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic E-commerce & Marketing Coordinator to join our food production business based in Bourne End.
West London Bakeries is home to three premium food brands: Little Cake Co., Coco's Canapés and Mariella's. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in helping grow our online presence while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
This is not a traditional office administration role. You'll work directly with the Managing Director across a wide variety of projects including Shopify, digital marketing, customer service and product launches.
We're looking for someone who enjoys technology, embraces AI, loves getting things done and wants to make a genuine impact within a small business.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update products, collections and content across our Shopify websites
- Plan, create and schedule social media content across our brands, collaborating with content creators and other brand partners to deliver engaging campaigns
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns using Brevo (training provided where required)
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone, delivering exceptional customer service
- Write engaging product descriptions, website content and marketing copy
- Assist with new product launches and website improvements
- Create marketing assets using Canva and AI tools
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency, generate ideas and support content creation
- Monitor website performance and suggest opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion
- Assist with marketing campaigns across Google, Meta and email
- Liaise with suppliers and support general business administration where required
- Help improve systems, processes and internal documentation
- Support the wider team with practical tasks during busy periods where needed

We're looking for someone who is excited by new technology and keen to use AI thoughtfully as part of their everyday work. Training can be provided, but openness to learning and embracing AI is essential.

Hours and Pay
- £16–£18 per hour depending on experience
- Part-time (16–20 hours per week) for example 10am to 3pm
- Monday to Thursday working
Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
