Enhance Hospitality is a rapidly growing procurement company, servicing hospitality companies throughout the UK with bespoke outsourced purchasing services. Our philosophy is to provide clients with the individual attention and support they need to achieve exceptional results – saving clients, on average, 11%. We have ambitious plans to expand our client base and services and following a year of exceptional year-on-year growth, are now looking to recruit a Procurement Analyst to strengthen our Head Office team in Edinburgh.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the Procurement Analyst will be the pivotal part the of the successful tendering process using award winning online tendering software. This position will suit someone who is outgoing and enjoys a hands-on approach within a small, but dynamic team of professionals. Previous experience within the food and beverage business is an advantage, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- · 1st Stage Tender process
- · Final Tender stage administration
- · Request and obtain supplier data
- · Manage and benchmark quarterly fresh produce pricing
- · Manage supplier KPI’s
Key Skills
- · Must be computer literate with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook with the ability to learn new software applications used in the business
- · Ability to work with numerical data and prioritise client demands effectively
- · Experienced at implementing administrative systems
- · Manage workload and output
- · Effective communicator, self-starter and team player.

- · Experience within hospitality, desirable but not essential. We value skills that transfer across industries

- · Ideally, one year experience in both purchasing and procurement.
