We are seeking a talented senior hospitality manager to join our front of house team. Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Lead and oversee day-to-day front of house operations, ensuring consistently high standards of service, guest experience, and operational efficiency across every shift.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the front of house team through effective communication, coaching, training, and performance management, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain high standards of health, safety, cleanliness, and compliance, ensuring all required checks, procedures, and documentation are completed accurately using our digital compliance systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen teams, senior management, and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery, strong communication, and a seamless guest experience during peak trading periods.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in regular performance appraisals, training courses, and pay reviews, while identifying opportunities to improve operational standards, team performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record working in a busy, high-volume hospitality, restaurant, or fresh-food pub environment, ideally within a supervisory or management position.
- Standards Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring consistency across all areas of the business.
- Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working standard hospitality shift patterns across weekdays, evenings, weekends, and busy trading periods.
- Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills with a team-first mindset and the ability to confidently manage and support a diverse hospitality team.
