Embroidery Machinist
Location: Leicester
Hours: 25–35 hours per week (flexible)
Contract: Permanent
We are seeking an experienced Embroidery Machinist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating embroidery machinery to produce high-quality embroidered garments and textiles in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate multiple embroidery machines to produce work to customer specifications.
- Set up machines, load designs, and make adjustments as required.
- Monitor production runs and resolve minor machine issues where possible.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Assist with stock control of embroidery materials and consumables.
- Work closely with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Support other areas of the business when required.
Requirements
- Previous embroidery experience is essential.
- Ability to operate embroidery machinery independently and confidently.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable within a busy production environment.
- Warehouse or production experience is advantageous but not essential.

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. The successful candidate may choose their working hours within these times, subject to business needs.
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
