We are a busy small café & restaurant in the heart of Hackney serving fresh, seasonal food, banging cakes & superb coffee . We are a close-knit team of talented individuals where creating a positive and fun team culture is a top priority. As Barista you will have the opportunity to contribute in the development of a weekly changing menu highlighting the best of what’s in season.
A trained barista confident with coffee art and all-rounder.
Your role will include
- Opening and closing the Café including cashing up
- The ordering system and wastage monitoring.
- Making coffee, serving customers, waiting tables.
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness within the cafe .
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communicator
- Team player
- General housekeeping within the complete restaurant area.
Excellent customer service is essential, as is the ability to multitask and go the extra mile. We are looking for someone who is presentable, enthusiastic and wants to grow within the company.
Good verbal English is also a necessity.
Topically you will be working 5 days per week Monday to Friday.

Our standard for coffee in all Branches is high so experience is a must for this role. Baristas must be familiar with adjusting coffee grinders, coffee machine set up, etc.
