You need to be highly motivated and able to work in the office (this is NOT a hybrid or work from home role)
To be considered for the role you MUST have
- UK CRUISE RETAIL AND/OR CRUISE TOUR OPERATOR EXPERIENCE
- GDS EXPERIENCE
The role: -
- Full Time - 5 days a week - some Saturdays with a day off in the week)
- Joining a highly motivated and successful Reservations team
- Offering excellent customer service
- Answering queries
- Converting sales leads form telephone, walk in and internet enquiries
We need: -
- At least 2 YEARS Cruise retail or Tour Op Experience in Cruise
- Amadeus or other GDS knowledge essential
- A passion for the industry and desire to provide exceptional customer service
- A well organised person with good telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
We are open Monday - Friday 9:30-5:30 and Saturdays 10:00 - 4:00 (which is on a rota)
The current position is split between Chorleywood and Pinner, both on the MET Line.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
