What You'll Be Doing
As a Café Assistant, you'll play an important role in ensuring every customer enjoys their visit. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including barista-style coffees
- Serving food efficiently while maintaining high presentation standards
- Operating the till and handling payments
- Keeping the café clean, organised and welcoming
- Restocking supplies and assisting with daily café operations
- Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures
- Working closely with your colleagues to deliver excellent customer service

- Flexible and available to work weekends and busy periods
Previous café, barista or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
