The residential care team are the heart of the home and are responsible for providing support and care to the children & young people whilst they are in our home.
We are looking to recruit senior support workers, so please get in touch if you have the experience needed to help lead our teams in our homes.
The roles include assisting the Home Manager with daily tasks such as; prioritising the well being and safeguarding of our children and young people, supporting with education, reporting & recording, taking part in activities, daily household tasks including cleaning & cooking, attending meetings with a range of professionals and continuous on-the-job training and development.
You will be required to work as part of the team and to lead and guide others in your team. We have shift patterns of 2 on 4 off or 1 on 2 off and you will be required to work either waking nights or sleeping nights. We are recruiting for full time and part time and can offer flexible hours for the right applicants.
All senior support staff must have successfully completed the NVQ Level 4 Children’s and Residential Workforce or equivalent.

Requirements:
- Required: GCSE or equivalent English & Maths
- Required: Residential Childcare experience minimum of 2 years
- Required: Level 4 NVQ Children’s and Residential Workforce or equivalent

Annual Salary FTE: Circa £33,300 – £34,750
