Duties:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the office operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate patient records
-Proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
- Provide general clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Use EMIS and DOCMAN to carry out tasks including booking clinic appointments.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in using EMIS and DOCMAN preferable but not essential
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
