What you’ll be doing
No two days are the same, so we’re looking for someone happy to get involved wherever needed.
You’ll be:
- Preparing high-quality coffees, teas and speciality drinks.
- Welcoming every customer with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
- Serving brunch, lunches and sweet treats with pride.
- Assisting with food preparation and presentation.
- Keeping the café clean, organised and beautifully presented.
- Handling tills and payments accurately.
- Helping with stock management and keeping everything running smoothly.
- Working alongside the wider teams across The Pink Olive, Little Hair Co and Comptons when community events and special occasions arise.
We’re looking for someone who…
- Loves making people feel welcome.
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
- Has previous café or barista experience (preferred, but personality is just as important).
- Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
- Enjoys working in a busy environment.
- Is reliable, organised and willing to learn.
- Wants to grow with an ambitious independent business.
