Total Bathroom Installations has been designing, supplying and installing high-quality bathrooms across Northern Ireland since 2001.
Over the past two decades we have completed more than 5,400 bathroom installations, built a team of over 40 people, and earned a reputation for delivering outstanding workmanship and customer service. This is a new role created to strengthen our operations, support our installation teams and ensure every project is delivered to the standards our customers expect and our reputation deserves.
What You'll Be Responsible For
You'll take responsibility for projects from the point they leave our sales team until the customer signs off the completed installation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing projects before installation begins.
- Coordinating installers, trades and suppliers.
- Supporting installation teams throughout each project.
- Keeping customers informed and ensuring they receive an outstanding experience.
- Resolving issues quickly and keeping projects moving.
- Monitoring quality and carrying out final inspections.
- Working with the wider team to continually improve the way we deliver our installations.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with a proven track record of leading people, coordinating multiple activities and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You'll have previous success organising teams, supporting colleagues, solving problems and ensuring projects or services are delivered to a consistently high standard.
Experience within home improvements or residential property would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in people who have successfully led customer-focused operations in other practical environments.
Above all, we're looking for someone who is highly organised, communicates exceptionally well, builds trust with customers and enjoys helping people deliver their best work.
