We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated individual who has a passion for Italian food and dining experience. The right person should be able to work in a fast-paced, buzzing environment and able to work shifts over evenings and weekends. preparation and cooking of food in the kitchen. Working closely with the Sous & Head Chef. To ensure date labelling is correct and food correctly stored at the end of each shift. Attention to detail Make sure that the kitchen is always clean and tidy.
