This role will provide a comprehensive administrative support to all Line Managers, ensuring the delivery of compliant, accurate, and efficient HR services in line with statutory legislation. The role is responsible for the effective administration and record-keeping of all activities across the employee journey, including recruitment, attendance management, disciplinary and grievance processes, and payroll delivery.
MAIN DUTIES
- Provide day-to-day HR support to Line Managers and employees.
- Administer and process payroll using Brightpay
- Co-ordinate all recruitment documentation in line with Fair employment legislation including preparing and advertising vacancy adverts, arranging interviews, appropriate pre-employment checks and record keeping and employee onboarding .
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with the GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
- Administer employee absence, annual leave, and other attendance-related records, generating reports for Line Managers.
- Assist in the administration of disciplinary, grievance, and performance management procedures, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with employment legislation.
- Support Line Managers with implementing HR policies and procedures.

What you need
· CIPD Level 5 Diploma
· Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
· 3+ years in HR-Personnel role.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organisational abilities and discretion with sensitive data.
· Working knowledge of HRIS and Payroll systems.
· A flexible attitude and measured approach to work as plans can sometimes change.
