Burger Boi is looking for reliable, motivated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Members to join our growing team. If you enjoy working in a busy kitchen, have a positive attitude and take pride in preparing great food, we’d love to hear from you.
Our kitchen operates throughout the day, serving both our popular burger menu and breakfast menu. This role involves preparing fresh burgers, breakfast muffins and other menu items while working as part of a fast-paced team committed to delivering quality food and excellent service.
The Role
As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll play an important part in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You’ll be responsible for preparing food to company standards, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and ensuring every order leaves the kitchen quickly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook burgers, breakfast muffins and other menu items.
- Operate grills, fryers and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure food is prepared to Burger Boi quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
- Follow recipes, portion control and cooking procedures.
- Keep workstations clean, organised and fully stocked.
- Assist with stock rotation and deliveries using FIFO procedures.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Support colleagues to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Complete opening, closing and cleaning duties.
- Follow all food safety, health and safety, and company policies.

Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or fast-food environment is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
