Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure quality standards are met, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, within the framework of ISO 13485. Your leadership will be essential in optimizing team performance, managing supply chain coordination, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Duties
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of production to meet quality, safety, and efficiency goals.
- Oversee the implementation of process improvements using tools such as ERP & eQMS systems, and lean methodologies.
- Collaborate with admin team to manage supply chain activities to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and delivery of finished goods.
- Monitor production metrics and conduct regular reviews to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Collaborate with QHSE team to ensure training needs are met & strict adherence to quality control standards throughout all stages of manufacturing.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to uphold mechanical integrity and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team engagement and innovative problem-solving.
Experience
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production management within a fast-paced environment, ideally ISO 13485.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand machinery operations and maintenance needs.
- Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory management, scheduling, and reporting.
- Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and lean manufacturing principles.
- Knowledge of supply chain management practices relevant to manufacturing settings.
- Experience overseeing assembly lines, quality control procedures, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive operational excellence.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
