Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, following all food safety and hygiene standards.

- Manage bar stock levels, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness of the bar area throughout your shift.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and provide correct change to customers.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service flow during busy periods, maintaining a lively yet organized environment.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling procedures and alcohol service regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred, essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
