Property Administrator
Maggs & Allen – Auction Department
Experienced Administrator to work in our Auction Department. We require an highly organised, professional Property Administrator to join our busy property team.
The ideal candidate would be currently working in estate agency.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to become part of a respected and independent firm with an excellent reputation.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Clifton office with parking.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming telephone calls, emails and general enquiries.
- Preparing property particulars and letters
- Uploading and maintaining property listings across online portals and the Company website.
- Liaising with solicitors, buyers, sellers and colleagues across the business.
- Assisting with compliance procedures, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating the Company's CRM system.
- Providing general administrative support to the Property Auctions team.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous administration or secretarial experience (essential).
- Estate agency or property administration experience in estate agency field is preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional, friendly and confident telephone manner.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively within a busy team environment.
