We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic hospitality team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our kitchen, ensuring a smooth operation that meets the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency. Duties
- Responsible for washing, cleaning, and sanitising all kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, and equipment
- Ensuring all work areas are kept clean, tidy, and organised at all times
- Supporting the kitchen staff during service periods to facilitate smooth operations
- Restocking supplies and ensuring dishwashers are loaded and operated efficiently
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment
- Assisting with waste disposal and recycling procedures in accordance with company policies
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is advantageous but not essential; training will be provide
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks within the kitchen environment
