Kids Fit Club is hiring an energetic Multi-Sport Coach to deliver fun, active sessions for children aged 1½ to 6 years old across Marylebone, Kensington, St John's Wood and Fulham, starting August 2026.
Founded in 2022, we're a trusted early years physical education provider running term-time classes, nursery PE programmes, birthday parties, private coaching and holiday camps. Our coaches rotate through five sports - athletics, football, gymnastics, rugby and tennis - helping little ones build confidence, coordination and a genuine love of being active.
The role
- Deliver safe, playful, age-appropriate multi-sport sessions
- Work across nurseries, parks and halls in the NW8 / W1 / SW5 / SW6 areas
- Adapt activities for different ages, abilities and additional needs
- Set up equipment and handle friendly parent handovers
- Keep children safe, happy and thoroughly worn out
Your day consists of two to three nursery or private sessions between 9 am and 3 pm, four days a week, on a settled timetable agreed in advance. These take place during mornings and early afternoons, so your evenings stay free.
The pay
£75 a day covers two sessions. Additional sessions are offered as optional overtime at £25 each - three sessions £100, four sessions £125. Holiday pay on top, travel between settings paid, all through PAYE. Over-time, parties and private bookings are offered to you first and are always optional.
You'll need
- Real enthusiasm for working with under-6s and a love for sport
- Experience with young children (coaching, nursery, camps or similar)
- Enhanced DBS and paediatric first aid - or willingness to obtain both
- Reliability and the ability to travel across local venues
Recent graduates are very welcome - especially drama and sport students, whose imagination is exactly what turns a church hall into a jungle or a rocket launch.
