We are seeking a Knowledge Lawyer to provide technical legal support to the Channel Islands Trust & Private Wealth (TPW) practice groups and manage knowhow and knowledge initiatives in line with the global Carey Olsen Knowledge Team, based in Jersey.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to fee-earner research queries
- Develop and maintain precedents and knowhow materials
- Design and deliver legal and knowledge training
- Support client alerts and thought leadership
- Implement knowledge plans and projects
- Manage and improve access to precedents and knowhow
- Monitor legal and market developments
- Coordinate training
- Work with partners and marketing to identify client alert topics.
Requirements:
Qualified TPW lawyer with 5+ years' PQE in a recognised common law jurisdiction. PSL or knowledge management experience preferred.
