We are currently hiring for
Full time HGV Class 2 tipper drivers
We are seeking professional and reliable drivers to join our team. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of aggregates from our quarry, to sites around the Yorkshire area.
Responsibilities:
· Safely operate an 8 wheel tipper truck for deliveries and muck away work around the site and out on hire to customer sites.
· Deliver and tip materials where required on site
· Perform daily walk around safety checks on your vehicle and report any defects immediately
· Maintain accurate tacho records and adhere to drivers hours regulations
· Ensure loads are secured and within legal weight limits before transit.
Requirements:
· Valid UK Driving Licence with Category C (class 2) entitlement
· Current driver CPC and digital Tachograph Card
· Reliable, punctual & a professional attitude towards site staff and customers
· Experience driving 8 wheel rigid tippers is preferred
Wage to be discussed, depending on experience
