Duties
- Assist with preparing, serving, and presenting meals in accordance with health and safety standards
- Ensure food is stored correctly and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- Support the setup and clearing of dining spaces before and after meal times
- Monitor food portions and assist with special dietary requirements as needed
- Engage positively with students and staff, promoting a friendly and inclusive atmosphere
- Follow all hygiene procedures, including proper handwashing and use of protective equipment
- Help manage stock levels by checking supplies and reporting shortages promptly
Requirements
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for supporting young people’s well-being
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and team members
- Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines rigorously
