Job Title: Retail Assistant (Fitting Consultant)
Location: Manchester (Based in John Lewis Store)
Reports to: Retail Support Manager
Contract Type: 6 months fixed term contract
Hours: 15 hours per week, 2 full days, across Friday, Saturday or Sunday

What you’ll be doing
As a Bra Fitting Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of what we do, which is helping our customers feel amazing from the inside out.
- Creating a relaxed, welcoming space where customers feel comfortable and at ease
- Offering personalised bra fittings with care, empathy, and professionalism
- Listening (really listening!) to understand each person’s needs and preferences
- Helping customers find styles that support, flatter, and boost their confidence
- Building genuine connections and making every visit feel special
- Sharing your product knowledge in a friendly, no-pressure way

Previous experience in retail, or in the lingerie industry is not needed as we will give you all the training you need. What is more important is having a real passion for delivering an amazing customer experience and an eagerness to learn!
