Rosary Goats Cheese have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, diligent and well-motivated individual to join our team in the production and packaging of our range of goats’ cheeses.
Basic hours are 35 hours per week including weekends which are worked on a rota basis and overtime will be necessary at busy periods. Starting times may be variable from day to day and could be as early as 7:00am so a degree of flexibility is required.
Due to the nature of the business, it is necessary to work Bank Holidays which will be paid at time and a half.
We are looking for someone who is:
· Able to work on their own and as part of a team
· Conscientious and has a high level of attention to detail
· Flexible with regards to days and hours worked
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Comfortable using step ladders and hop ups
· Comfortable being on their feet all day
Good hygiene practices are expected and a knowledge of working with food is preferred, but not essential as training will be given.
Basic rate of £14.00 per hour. Time and a half is given for weekends and Bank Holidays.
