Frances Bolitho Care Home is part of Cornwallis Care Services, one of Cornwall's largest independent care providers with over 35 years of experience delivering exceptional residential, nursing and dementia care across the county.
We are seeking an inspirational, compassionate and commercially aware Registered Manager to lead our dedicated team and continue delivering exceptional, person-centred care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

Provide effective leadership across all areas of the home.

Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, legislation and best practice.

Drive continuous quality improvement and outstanding resident outcomes.

Lead, coach and develop a skilled and engaged workforce.

Improve staff retention through positive leadership, wellbeing initiatives and development opportunities.

Maintain high standards of clinical governance, safeguarding and risk management.

Build strong relationships with residents, relatives, professionals and external stakeholders.

Manage budgets, occupancy, staffing levels and overall business performance.

Promote a positive, inclusive and person-centred culture throughout the home.
About You
We're looking for an experienced and passionate leader who can inspire others whilst maintaining the highest standards of care.
Essential Requirements

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent).

Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Home Manager within a residential or nursing care home.

Demonstrable track record of achieving and maintaining positive CQC ratings.

Strong understanding of CQC regulations, legislation and quality standards.

Experience leading successful inspections and implementing action plans.

Proven ability to recruit, lead, motivate and retain high-performing teams.

Excellent people management, communication and organisational skills.

Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and occupancy.

Passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care.
