We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and oversee the day-to-day operation of our restaurant.

The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant operation while delivering outstanding customer service standards. You will lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team, driving performance and creating a positive guest experience.
Working closely with the General Manager and Head Chef, you will play a key role in achieving service excellence, controlling costs, and maximising revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation of the restaurant and bar areas.
- Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
- Recruit, train, develop, and mentor team members.
- Manage staff rotas in line with business needs and labour budgets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, health and safety, and company policies.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and effectively.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and stock control procedures.
- Support the delivery of weddings, events, conferences, and special functions.
- Maintain accurate records and complete relevant administrative duties.
RequirementsEssential
- Previous experience in a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, or similar hospitality management role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of food safety and health and safety requirements.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Desirable
- Experience within a hotel environment.
- Personal Licence Holder.
- Knowledge of hospitality management systems and EPOS systems.
- Experience managing events and functions.
