About Us
This is an exciting opportunity to work for an established company in a busy work environment. We are an online retailer specialising in the sale of outdoor related goods. We sell large quantities of products on Amazon, eBay, Temu, B&Q and our established website.
Role:
*This is a temporary role to see us through our busy summer period with an end date of approx. September 2026.*
This is an office admin role which involves customer service (answering customer emails and processing returns)and other general office admin duties. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the online retail/e-commerce industry.
We are seeking a hard-working individual to join our small, friendly team with strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude. Up to date computer skills are required however general office experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
· 39.5hrs per week
· National Living Wage
· Monday - Friday 07:30 – 16:30
· Sunday 07:30 - 13:00
· Saturday’s and one weekday off.
