Duties
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities, leads, and client interactions
- Prepare and maintain sales reports using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint to analyze performance metrics and present data clearly
- Coordinate with internal teams to process orders, quotations, and invoicing accurately
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documentation in Microsoft Word, and managing calendars via Microsoft Outlook
- Handle customer inquiries promptly through phone or email, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client needs are met efficiently
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files to ensure easy access to sales records and correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals that effectively communicate product benefits and solutions to clients
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with CRM software is essential
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new IT systems and tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with customer service or client-facing roles is advantageous
- Attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
