Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise front-of-house staff to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold high standards of guest service
- Greet guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and manage reservations to enhance overall guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution and facility management
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a positive and motivated work environment
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Oversee human resources functions related to staffing, scheduling, and performance management
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols within the front-of-house area
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in hospitality or related service industries
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable
- Excellent guest services skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee relations
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in fast-paced environments
