Retail-Stock Room Assistant (Neal Street)

Nokwol is entering an exciting phase of growth with an ambitious retail store rollout programme planned over the next 12-months.
We are seeking a reliable and highly organised Stock Room Assistant at our new Neal Street store to support stock operations. This is a full-time position focused on ensuring smooth and efficient stock flow to support the front-of-house team in delivering a top-tier customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in all stockroom operations, including deliveries, storage, inventory counts, and organisation

Ensure stock procedures are followed at all times

Support the sales floor by running product quickly and efficiently during busy periods

Maintain a clean, efficient, and compliant back-of-house environment

Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment and transfers as needed

Assist in preparing stock for promotional periods and product launches
About You

Previous experience in a stockroom, logistics, or warehouse-based retail role

Extremely organised with strong time management skills

Physically able to move boxes and product regularly throughout the day

A proactive problem-solver with great attention to detail

A team player who understands the vital role stock plays in retail success
