Job Summary:
We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, optimize procurement and logistics processes, and ensure the efficient flow of goods. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with strong operational, analytical, and people management skills.
What you'll do:
- Oversee supply chain, procurement, warehousing, and logistics operations.
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize inventory.
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and transportation teams.
- Analyze KPIs and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain standards.
- Drive continuous improvement across supply chain operations.
Requirements:
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and supplier management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP or supply chain management systems is an advantage.

Pay: £4,800.00-£6,400.00 per month
