The Lewis Partnership is looking to recruit a Front of House Supervisor to assist in overseeing and managing our bar and restaurant areas in our 4 star hotel, The Moat House, Acton Trussell.
Please note: due to the nature of the role and venue, we are only able to accept applicants over the age of 18, with their own transport.
What are we looking for?
- Individuals who have a drive to provide excellent customer service
- An individual who will ensure that each guest feels welcome and appreciated
- Someone who is committed, enthusiastic and self motivated
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role is preferred but not essential
- Someone who has a passion for food and beverage service
- Knowledge of managing cask beer, cellar management and cocktails is preferred
- A great leader with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Someone who is flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, days and Bank Holidays
- As we are a wedding venue, some shifts will require 2am finish times.

- Salary: £13.21 per hour

Experience:
- Bartending: 2 years (preferred)
