What You'll Be Doing
As a Patient Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, providing reassurance, clarity, and support when they need it most.
Your day-to-day will include:

Managing inbound calls to support patient appointments and queries for our free, NHS referral screening service

Helping patients book, reschedule, and prepare for appointments

Delivering clear, accurate information in a friendly and professional manner

Resolving queries and concerns with empathy and efficiency

Encouraging attendance and supporting patients throughout their care journey

Accurately recording information and ensuring all follow-ups are completed

Working towards targets while maintaining excellent service standards
What We're Looking For
We welcome candidates from a wide range of backgrounds, including customer service, retail, hospitality, contact centres, sales, healthcare, telecoms, or aviation.
You'll thrive in this role if you are:

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week

Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 8:00pm (rota basis) - 7.5 hr shifts

Occasional Saturdays: 8:00am - 1:00pm

5 days per week on a rotational shift pattern
