Waldorf Astoria London - Admiralty Arch is seeking a Guest Relations Supervisor to join the pre-opening team for this highly anticipated new luxury hotel opening later this year.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced luxury hospitality leader to join the founding team and help shape the guest experience at this landmark hotel.
Located at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch will feature 100 elegant rooms and suites and 17,500 sqft of private residences. The hotel will open with two signature restaurants - Coreus by Clare Smyth and Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud - bringing together two of the world’s most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs. Guests will also enjoy a world-class spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and a collection of grand event spaces, including a ballroom for up to 320 guests.

We are looking for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering an exceptional fives star guest experience, consistently upholding the worldclass service standards recognised by Forbes.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
As Guest Relations Supervisor, you will support the daily operations of Guest Relations, with a particular focus on VIP recognition, first impressions, and cross departmental coordination. You will lead by example on the floor, ensuring service excellence, attention to detail, and emotional intelligence at every guest interaction.
You will perform the following duties to the highest luxury hospitality standards:
- Support the Guest Relations Manager and Assistant Manager in the daily supervision of departmental operations.
- Review guest arrival lists in advance, identifying VIPs and repeat guests, and coordinate closely with Housekeeping on room readiness and allocations.
- Oversee special room assignments and suite occupancy to ensure optimal VIP placement.
- Assist with welcoming VIP guests, including personal escorts to the Executive Lounge and guest rooms as appropriate.
- Ensure all VIP rooms meet exacting standards, with amenities, preferences, and personalised touches in place prior to arrival.
- Supervise the Guest Relations Desk in the hotel lobby, ensuring consistent, polished guest engagement.
- Act as the primary on‑site point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring all hotel departments are fully briefed on preferences and expectations.
- Maintain accurate inventory and presentation standards for guest amenities and welcome gifts.
- Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of all hotel facilities, services, and experiences.
Lead by example with a composed, professional presence, embodying luxury hospitality and service excellence at all times.

- Prior supervisory or senior experience within a Guest Relations or Front Office environment.
- A demonstrated passion for luxury hospitality and bespoke guest experiences.
- A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline.
