Location: Stepping Stones Day Nursery
Positions: Full-time and Part-time available
Salary: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour
Bonus: £100 bonus after a successful 3-month probationary period; £250 bonus after 6 months of service

Your Role as a Nursery Nurse:
Are you passionate about supporting young minds? We are looking for Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Nurses who are enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated to making a difference in children's lives. As part of our team, you'll:
- Provide a happy, secure, and engaging environment for children
- Show confidence in child safeguarding and effectively implement our safeguarding policies
- Take on the key person role, fostering strong relationships with children and their parents
- Observe, supervise, and encourage children to meet their next developmental steps, supporting them in both structured and play-led activities
- Work collaboratively to plan and deliver our balanced curriculum with child-led and adult-led activities
- Build trusting relationships with parents by providing daily feedback and partnering with them to support their child’s progress
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and child well-being, always prioritizing each child's care

Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Qualification (NNEB, BTEC, NVQ3, EYE, or equivalent)
- 1+ years of experience in childcare (preferred)
- Clear enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references
- Passion for child development and creating positive, lasting memories for children
