Immediate start for Site/Yard operative.
This is ongoing with a view of a permanent contract for the right person.
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
4 on 4 off shifts. 12 hours shift. Dayshift.
The Yard Operative is responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the site and ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards by keeping areas clean, tidy, and dry at all times.
- Ensure high levels of Health, Safety and Environmental practice with a duty of care to yourself and others.
- Keeping the facility clean, dry and tidy at all times.
Ensure strict sampling is carried out on all deliveries to site.
Jet wash surfaces of operational areas.
General housekeeping activities.
Assist the Site Operatives with incoming delivery acceptance.
Prompt reporting of SHEQ related near misses and incidents.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
