INTERNAL PLOT DRAINAGE PIPE LAYER / GROUNDWORKER – Hailsham ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for reliable and experienced Internal Plot Drainage Pipe Layers / Groundworkers to support our teams on sites across Hailsham. You will be responsible for installing internal plot drainage systems to a high standard, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Installing internal plot drainage systems, including foul and surface water pipework

Laying drainage pipes, plot connections, and inspection chambers to required line and level
-
Carrying out drainage tie-ins and associated groundwork activities
-
Reading and working from drawings and site specifications
-
Assisting with drainage testing and ensuring systems are ready for inspection and handover
-
Working safely around excavations and underground services
-
Maintaining tidy work areas and properly storing materials and equipment
-
Following all health & safety procedures on site

Reporting any defects, issues, or variations to site management promptly
REQUIREMENTS
-
Valid CSCS Card
-
Proven experience in internal plot drainage installation
-
Ability to read and interpret drawings and drainage layouts
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
-
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
-
Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach
-
Right to work in the UK

CPCS / NPORS (CSCS-affiliated) Forward Tipping Dumper

CPCS / NPORS (CSCS-affiliated) Ride-On Roller
-
CAT & Genny Training
-
Safety Critical Medical
-
2+ years' drainage and groundwork experience
Please note: to comply with client requirements, we can only accept NPORS cards that are CSCS-affiliated and carry the CSCS hologram. If you do not currently meet this requirement, please still get in touch – we are happy to guide you through the transfer process.
