Summary
We are seeking a Van Driver to join our team in Hatton. As a key part of our logistics operations, you will help us deliver high-quality bakery products to our customers, ensuring timely and safe delivery.
Responsibilities
- Operate 3.5 tonne van for the transportation of bakery goods across designated routes.
- Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of products to various locations.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with dispatch.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicles are well-maintained.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during transportation.
- Support the team in maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial driving and delivery roles.
- Valid driving license suitable for operating 3.5 tonne vans
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial transportation.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks associated with loading and unloading.
- Good communication skills for effective coordination.
- Prior experience in food or bakery product transportation is a plus.
