Warren School are seeking to appoint an experienced, dedicated and professional Administration Assistant who can work effecitvely as part of the wider school team to deliver high-quality administration provision. Experience of working within school administration or an equivalent role is important.
We are looking for an experienced, friendly Administration Assistant who has:
-
GCSE grades C/4 or above in Numeracy and Literacy (or equivalent)
-
strong IT skills with knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft 365
-
a good knowledge of general office procedures
-
the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
-
the ability to prioritise workload
-
the ability to be adaptable, discreet, and can maintain confidentiality
-
the ability to remain calm and cheerful under pressure in a busy environment
-
the willingness to be first point of call for visitors and telephone enquiries.
Desirable but not essential

Knowledge of school-based software
-
Experience of working in a school/nursery environment
