Responsibilities
- Provide professional hairdressing services, including cutting, colouring, styling, and specialised treatments.
- Offer barbering services with precision and attention to detail.
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and advising on suitable styles and products.
- Manage front desk duties, including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and maintaining the salon’s organisational standards.
- Upsell products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and maximise revenue.
- Mentor junior team members and support store management in daily operations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the salon environment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in hairdressing and beauty industries to provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser with a strong portfolio of work.
- Skills in store management, customer service, and front desk operations are highly desirable.
- Certification or recognised training is necessary.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Ability to mentor junior staff and contribute positively to team dynamics.
- Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently.

Pay: £26,280.00-£51,946.32 per year
