We are seeking a motivated and reliable Groundworker/Dumper Driver to join our dynamic construction team. Must have CSCS/CPCS/NPORS card
Must have right to work in uk
Must have Dumper/Roller ticket
Must have good knowledge of ground works

Duties
- Operate dumper trucks safely and efficiently to transport materials across the construction site
- Assist with groundworks including digging, leveling, and preparing sites for construction activities
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support other team members with manual tasks such as loading and unloading materials
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment before use and report any maintenance needs promptly
- Follow all site safety protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) at all times
- Collaborate with supervisors to coordinate daily tasks and ensure project deadlines are met
Qualifications
- Valid CPCS or NPORS card for dumper operation (or equivalent recognized certification)
- Proven experience operating dumper trucks in a construction environment
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites
- Ability to perform manual labor when required, including digging, lifting, and moving materials
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment
