As part of our continued growth, we've recently launched on the live-selling platform and are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious team member to help drive this exciting area of the business.

The Role
We're looking for an all round team member who's willing to get stuck in with all areas of our fashion brand. This varies from helping in the retail store, warehouse and also preparing inventory for our live selling shows.
This varied role combines fashion merchandising, customer engagement, and operational support. You'll be responsible for organising iventory for live sales, serving customers, preparing stock and labels, and helping on the e-com side of the business for shoot days. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Select and prepare product ranges based on customer behaviour, sales performance, and current trends.
- Price products and prepare stock for live shows.
- Create and organise numbered labels for live sales.
- Hang stock daily to make it easier for the host when presenting.
- Print and prepare shipping labels following each show and coordinate handover to the warehouse team for picking and packing.
- Work closely with the buying team to share sales insights and identify products for replenishment.
- Contribute creative ideas for new show formats, content, and promotional activities.
- Helping to greet and serve customers through the till
- Pull and organise stock using the warehouse system
About You
- Passionate about fashion and up to date with current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently while also thriving within a team environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing retail setting.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow.
- Learn the warehouse system and how to book stock out.
Desirable Experience.
- Fashion retail experience.
- Organisational/warehouse skills
- Experience using live-commerce platforms would be advantageous but is not essential.
