ROLE: Shift Electrical Engineer
HOURS: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) - 4 days 7am-7pm, 4 days off, 4 nights 7pm-7am, 4 days off

We're looking for a Shift Electrical Engineer who will maintain plant and equipment, ensure compliance, and deliver high‑quality service within a fast‑paced environment.
Role Responsibilities:
Maintain plant and equipment associated with the building's mechanical and electrical systems.
Complete both planned and reactive works efficiently and in line with contract and legal requirements.
Deliver a high‑quality service and uphold strong safety standards.
Manage workload effectively, prioritising tasks appropriately and completing documentation accurately and on time.
Adhere to all policies, procedures, and Health & Safety requirements, including participation in training and appraisals.
Required Qualifications:
Qualified engineering background - C&G 2392 or an equivalent technical qualification.
Proactive, self‑motivated individual with strong safety awareness.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good IT skills with understanding of CAFM systems.
Inquisitive and challenging mindset with the ability to work within a rotating shift pattern.
