Mobile Maintenance Engineer

£40,000–£50,000 DOE
We are currently recruiting for X2 experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineers to join an established engineering team working across long-term commercial office contracts throughout London and the surrounding areas.
You will primarily work within commercial office blocks, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and fault finding across a range of building services.
Duties will include:
- PPM, reactive maintenance and fault finding
- HVAC maintenance, including AHUs and FCUs
- Emergency lighting and smoke alarm maintenance
- Basic electrical works, including changing lights and repairing switches
- Pressure testing and motor changes
- Plumbing repairs, leaks, blockages and changing taps
- Water temperature checks and testing
- General mechanical and building maintenance
- Basic carpentry and fabric repairs
- General HVAC and building services maintenance
What We're Looking For
- Strong commercial maintenance experience
- Previous experience working within commercial buildings or facilities management
- Good HVAC knowledge and experience
- F-Gas is highly desirable
- Electrical qualifications are advantageous
- 2391 would be ideal
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Good, stable employment history
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experienced engineers only – no junior candidates
